Wow!!! There is actually something in the portfolio section! That's right folks, the Traditional Art section is up and running. I am still tweaking it so if you run into some errors that's because I'm tinkering around in there. Enjoy!

One of my New Year's Resolutions was to keep up with my website. It's been almost five weeks and still no portfolio section! Grrr!!! It's been tough with work and school. Animation Mentor is a blast by the way! I'm learning new principles every week and makes me wonder why I didn't enroll earlier. Anyway we are working on bouncing balls and poses. It may not seem glamorous but it's really fun stuff. Hopefully I can get the Traditional Art section up soon.

The assignment was to pose Stu (the 3D character provided by AM) from a sketch taken through real world observation. It morphed from a guy dancing into the "Elaine dance" which turned out pretty good after some helpful critiques. For those of you who do not know what the "Elaine dance" is you have been greatly deprived. Please click here to get your fix. Hopefully I can get the first section of my portfolio up soon.

I can't wait to start but I'm a little worried because I haven't used Maya in almost 2 years. It's great though, I got that "excited/scared" feeling. Like 98% excited, 2% scared. Or maybe it's more. It could be, it could be 98% scared, 2% excited. It's confusing but that's what makes it so intense!

Nice! A redesign to kick off the New Year. I'm still working on the portfolio but here is the basic layout. Since organizing my portfolio is going to be a pain in the ass, I'll be updating it by section. Check back soon for updates!
